the worst thing i do in my life that wash my car at that place
The attention to detail makes this the only place to bring one's car for a wash and detailing!
At first I loved it. Cost was low, prewashed it, and then 2 guys hand dried the car after. By time I got home thought it looked great then I noticed there was some scratches so deep I could see the metal. I took a more thorough look and realized I had got more from this car wash than the probably 50 other places I've been accumulatively. I won't go back.
I came to Imperial because they always do a great job. Today though I looked after I got home and saw that my trunk has deep scratches all over. I'm very disappointed, and don't plan on returning.
work quality is right on par with the industry. my wife and mother in law bought there cars here, and kept going back for details every 6 mons or so. I figured I'd bring my Impala there for a detail, the shop wouldn't pick up the phone, and I called maybe 3 or 4 times and kept getting the Chevy receptionist. And when I did get a call back from the detail manager, it was very unprofessional. Maybe I will keep sending people there to buy cars, but we've moved our business to Scrub A Dub. Lack of professionalism is what lost me.
