I hate to be so negative, but I have never had an issue like this before with a florist, and now I'm scared for any future orders.

The flowers for my daughters wedding at Blissful Meadows on 9/30/17 were designed by Colleen and her staff at Mendon Greenhouse and they created a beautiful backdrop for a wonderful night ❤️ During our pre-wedding meetings, she listened to my daughter and understood her vision...Colleen delivered what she promised and set up the arrangements as discussed. We would recommend Mendon Greenhouse to anyone planning a wedding. We are still enjoying the arrangements at home now!!
I recieved a beautiful Christmas centerpiece from Mendon Greenhouse. It arrived on the afternoon of the 22nd. Colleen delivered it and gave me some great suggestions on how to care for it. It was artfully arranged and the flowers used were selected so they'd be at their prime for the holidays. Guests who joined us for Christmas Eve and for Christmas commented on how beautiful the arrangement looked. The flowers were all opened and in their splendor. It's not the first arrangement I've received and I can highly recommended them.
Second order from Mendon Greenhouse through 1-800-Flowers just arrived today... and a second time they have given me a small when I ordered a large (which a large is almost double the price) specific flowers such as the Peruvian lilies (alstroemeria) were missing the blue delphinium look wilted and hidden when they are supposed to give a blue hue...just so disappointed. I even asked the delivery guy if it was a large like I ordered, since even at the door I was so underwhelmed, he just shrugged and said it was whatever I ordered. If this gift wasn't being delivered to my home and to a friend/family member how would I have known that they were doing this??? I can understand an honest mistake, but 2 times in a row??

The previous time was a Thanksgiving centerpiece...I requested them to redeliver the correct size, still some critical flowers were missing, but it was better than the pathetic arrangement that they first delivered.
