I buy at many copart locations in the past with no problems this is the worst location when it comes to customer service I bid on a Chevy suburban description runs and drive normal wear and I was the winner bidding I went to do inspection on car prior to bidding on the truck at time of pick up I did second inspection guess what now truck was missing catalytic converters and all the lights on the dash was on and I talk to several people about the problem including the the manager Tim and I told them I'm not going take the truck since it was a problem at time of pick up some one must to take parts out of the truck cause at first inspection truck didn't sound like that they charge me a relist fee $400 worst place ever buyer be aware of this location stay way from this location

Not a good experience. I purchased a vehicle with rear end damage that was drivable. A plane ticket was purchased to pick it up and an hour plus shuttle ride was paid for just over $200.00 and 10 hours of travel time. When the vehicle was delivered out of the gate, after at least an hour of waiting, it had damage to the right fender and right headlight, which was not in the pictures when I purchased it. All the other vehicles were covered with snow, and my theory is that the driver damaged the vehicle and then took it inside to try and see what happened, because the vehicle came out all warmed up with no snow on it. They did not admit to it and when the General Manager was approached about the damage, the only solution given was we will give your money back for the purchase. Bad, bad customer service. To try and get a shuttle back and a last minute plane ticket home, would probably cost another $500-700 and another day of travel. I understand we buy these vehicles, AS IS, but a better solution would have been to pay for the damage and apologize, especially when the auction people clearly caused the damage. I am a reasonable person, but the only solution given was clearly not an option. I'm sure that your attorneys and all their fine print policies make sure that you don't have to do anything, but good customer service goes a long way. I am saddened by the flippant response. If I ran my business this way, I would be out of business. From my name, you can figure out exactly who I am and get my address and phone number. I would love to have a discussion with your business and post that we came to terms with a agreeable solution to both parties. The ball is in your court, I will be awaiting your response.
