I have been in search of an SUV since July, it has been a very long and annoying process. Luckily the long search finally ended and I love my new Jeep Renegade from Imperial Chrysler! The salesman, Andy Clair, was very helpful and didn't try and show me any car that was more fancy or expensive than the ones I wanted to look at. My sister and I were at the dealership for a pretty long time completing the process and Andy was not only apologetic but even offered us dinner from the diner next door on the house! When I picked up my car a couple days later it had the biggest red balloons and bow on top and just made me that much happier with my purchase. I love my jeep already!
My counter offer came back at $ 500 UNDER what I offered for the transaction. I have never had that happen!
I bought my jeep at the end of summer and recently had my first oil change, tire rotation, and car wash together. I bought my jeep from Imperial and Bill Shaw. I love this Jeep. I have always owned small cars and was afraid to go up in size. It runs smooth. great in snow. Overall I am happy with everything. Thank you. Plus Bill was very personable. and love seeing him and chatting everytime I stop in.
Staff are really pushy. Service department will try to sell you additional repairs that you probably won't need. They tried to tell me I needed an $800 drive shaft repair and when I asked why they hadn't done it before I bought the car (less than a month before), guess what, all of a sudden it wasn't such a necessary repair. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because I absolutely love the jeep I bought there, but probably wouldn't buy another car from them.
Frank was easy to talk to. He understood my need and went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for me. He is very honest and if he doesn't know the answer to your questions he will find out for you.
