They still offer car side service and also have table service at the picnic table area.

They make fantastic fried clams flavor and bellies usually on point. Especially good for the area. Always enjoy visits, walk up window or car/table service. They are seasonal, great summer stop.

An old time drive in restaurant with great fried seafood, burgers, and ice cream. The business has changed hands a few times over the years (it used to be called The Redwood), but the food hasn't changed much (a good thing). I went here when I was a kid and now I bring my kids here at least once every summer.
I can hardly wait until spring when George's Surf and Turf reopens. We have fried fish and onion rings and they can't be beat. Food is always served hot. I haven't tried the other seafood. I see other people walk by with huge portions of clams, scallops and fisherman's platters. Prices are reasonable compared to other roadside restaurants. George's also serves ice cream and sometimes soft serve. If you want just a taste they sell a tiny cone for just $.50.
